Customs, Duties & Taxes
No additional duties, import taxes, or customs fees will be charged upon delivery.
All applicable duties and taxes are handled in the country of origin prior to shipment whenever applicable, allowing your order to be delivered without unexpected additional costs.
Should your local customs authority require additional documentation, we are happy to assist.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (when applicable).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains products stored in different warehouses, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
