At Swedish Cravings, we want you to enjoy your favourite Swedish products with complete flexibility and convenience.

Many products in our store are available as subscriptions, allowing you to receive recurring deliveries without having to place a new order each time.

You remain in control of your subscription and can manage, adjust, or cancel it directly through your customer account on our website.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When purchasing an eligible product, you can choose between a one-time purchase and a subscription, where these options are available.

When you subscribe:

  • You select your preferred delivery frequency from the available options.

  • Your selected products are automatically ordered according to your subscription schedule.

  • Your payment method is securely stored by our payment provider.

  • Payment is automatically collected for each recurring order.

  • Any applicable subscription discount is displayed on the product page and during checkout.

Your subscription continues until you decide to cancel it, unless otherwise stated in the subscription terms presented at checkout.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You have full control over your subscriptions through your Swedish Cravings customer account.

Simply log in to your account on our website:

Log In & Manage Your Subscriptions

From your account, you can access your active subscriptions, make changes using the available subscription management options, review upcoming deliveries, and cancel subscriptions whenever you wish.

There is no need to contact customer support to manage or cancel your subscription.

Changes to an existing subscription generally apply to future orders that have not yet been processed.

CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your customer account.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account at Swedish Cravings.

  2. Navigate to your subscriptions.

  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.

  4. Choose the cancellation option and confirm your decision.

Once your subscription has been successfully cancelled, no new recurring orders or payments will be generated under that subscription.

There are no cancellation fees for subscriptions that do not have a separately disclosed minimum commitment.

Please note that cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.

RECURRING PAYMENTS

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring payments according to the billing frequency and terms displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

The applicable product price, subscription discount, shipping charges, and taxes will be presented during checkout.

If you change your subscription, any resulting changes to future charges will be handled according to the applicable subscription terms.

CHANGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can manage your subscription preferences directly through your customer account.

Available adjustments are displayed within the subscription management section.

Changes should be completed before the next scheduled order is processed.

If an order has already been generated, changes to your subscription may only affect subsequent deliveries.

ONE-TIME ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you place a one-time order and wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@swedishcravings.shop.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to stop the shipment.

Any applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

PRE-ORDERS

Where a product is specifically offered as a pre-order, its payment and expected fulfillment terms will be displayed before purchase.

Pre-order cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with the terms agreed at checkout and applicable consumer protection laws.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring orders but does not automatically refund previously processed orders.

Any applicable rights to cancel an individual purchase, return products, or obtain a refund remain unaffected.
