Created by dairymaid Ulrika Eleonora Lindström, Västerbottensost® is made from premium northern Swedish cow's milk and carefully aged for a minimum of 14 months. The result is a distinctive, full-bodied cheese with a rich, complex flavor that is simultaneously creamy, tangy, and slightly nutty.
